Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery. Please email [email protected] with your order number and item(s) you’d like to return. Returns must be approved before sending items back.

Return shipping is paid by the party responsible: if the return is not due to our error, you cover return shipping; if we shipped the wrong item or it arrived damaged/defective, we’ll provide a reasonable return solution.

We recommend using the original packaging (or equally protective packaging). If a returned item is damaged during return transit due to packaging/handling, it will not be eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.

We offer worldwide shipping where carrier service is available. Shipping fees and free-shipping eligibility are based on your order subtotal and destination, and the final cost will be shown at checkout.

• North America: Free shipping on orders $89+; otherwise $4.99.

For orders shipped within the United States, all applicable taxes and duties (if any) are included in the final checkout total. For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, or clearance fees unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
